 With continuous research effort on algorithm design and software development, we have developed a high performance Phase Correlation Image Analysis System (PCIAS). Equipped with an Enhanced Robust Phase Correlation (ERPC) engine and multi-thread processing, the current version of PCIAS is a C++ 64bits professional software package which is capable of illumination robust image matching to generate pixel-wise disparity maps at better than 1/30 pixel accuracy. The superb and unique functionality of PCIAS has wide applications from earth science study to aerodynamic analysis. In particular, the PCIAS subpixel technology enables generation of DTM (Digital Terrain Model) data from very narrow baseline (1/200th of the conventional baseline) stereo images, precise pixel-wise image co-registration, ground object motion estimation, camouflaged moving target detection and illumination invariant change detection.
