Invitation｜2020 ECNU International Forum for Young Scientists (Scholars) --- Sub-Forum in School of Urban and Regional Science
一、论坛简介
I. Introduction
为促进海内外优秀青年学者的学术交流和深度合作，华东师范大学计划于2020年5月31日举办年度青年科学家（学者）国际论坛，并依托城市与区域科学学院设立城市与区域科学分论坛。本次论坛将采用线上视频方式进行，通过专题报告、学术研讨，增进海内外优秀青年学者对城市与区域科学学院、华东师范大学和上海的了解。
To promote academic exchanges and in-depth cooperation between outstanding young scientists at home and abroad, ECNU has taken the initiative to host the annual international forum for young scientists (scholars) on May 31st, 2020. During this forum, the School of Urban and Regional Science will also host the online sub-forum. By means of the special reports, academic seminars, the sub-forum aims at enhancing the understanding of the School of Urban and Regional Science, ECNU and Shanghai by the outstanding young scholars at home and abroad.
二、报名条件
II. Application Requirements
研究方向：世界地理与全球变化，城市地理与城乡发展，经济地理与区域创新。
Research Areas: World Geography and Global Change, Urban Geography and Urban-rural Development, Economic Geography and Regional Innovation.
青年科学家（学者）年龄一般在35周岁以下（文科可为40周岁以下），具有海内外知名高校、研究机构博士学位，在所从事的学科前沿领域取得突出的学术成果，并具有重要的影响力。
Young scientists (scholars) should be under the age of 35 (those in the fields of liberal arts could be under the age of 40). They should have the doctoral degrees of prestigious universities or research institutions at home and abroad, and have made outstanding academic achievements in the frontier area of their academic pursuits, which have important influence.

有意参加论坛的优秀人才可直接在华东师范大学人才招聘平台中的青年科学家论坛处，进行注册申请，平台地址http//:www.jobs.ecnu.edu.cn。
Those outstanding talents who intend to participate in the forum could register in the Forum for Young Scientists on the Talent Recruitment Platform of ECNU from now on, and the address is http//:www.jobs.ecnu.edu.cn.
城市与区域科学学院将根据申请情况邀请部分青年科学家参加本次线上论坛。
The School of Urban and Regional Science will invite some of the young scientists to attend the online forum.
